Jibe is searching for a Mid Full-stack Developer to contribute to the development of a Secure Data Transport & Permission Platform. We are looking for a colleague with good analytical and technical skills, who collaborates effectively with fellow developers to ensure seamless integration, and is passionate about delivering exceptional solutions. 

This is an opportunity to work on a scalable, secure and distributed solution integrated and further customised in European projects that combine the need for GDPR-compliance solutions, data management and sharing with other solutions or platforms developed for European citizens or organizations.

• Perform research on various technologies and build prototypes or core features. 
• Evaluate the current state of the platform and make proposals for improvements.
• Understand the product principles outside and within the context of EU projects.
• Report progress and status of assigned tasks to project teams and managers.
• Provide technical guidance and documentation to project partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Backend: Proficient in one of the following Python(Django, Flask), Go, Java (Spring).
• Frontend: Experience with one of the following React, Angular, Vue.js.
• Knowledge of architectural styles for building APIs (gRPC, REST).
• Basic knowledge of Security protocols and Crypto concepts: TLS, OpenID Connect, Encryption, Identity Providers.
• Basic knowledge of Networking and DevOps: DNS, Load Balancer, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Good familiarity with code versioning tools like Git (Github, Gitlab).
• Analytical, able to understand through deductive reasoning a process, system or a piece of code.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Intermediate or proficient in spoken and written English.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to work independently starting from high level requirements.
• Continuous learning approach.

Experience with blockchain technologies (e.g. Tendermint).
